THE SCIENCE OF WATER
Water evolved into humans as the most efficient way to transport itself. Learn about the power of cymatics, and how all vibration affects physical matter. Experience a journey through sound, water, and science.
This is a story that will connect you, via one strange molecule, to everyone, everything, and the rest of the universe
MYTHOLOGY AND LORE OF THE WELLS
Let me guide you through a rich journey through our Mythology. I will spin you tales of Boann, the salmon of knowledge, the birthing of the mighty river Shannon. As you sit beside a bubbling well and crackling fire you will hear of the devotion of the saints to the water. As well as modern mythology for the water, find how you can unfold your own myth. Together we will enter the rich world of folklore and myth through the water.
Half-day to 2 day workshops
RECONNECTION CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
By reviving and rejuvenating Holy Wells, I have gained a profound insight into working with the waters within individuals. I have an inherent faith in the healing potential of the wells in this region and utilize these areas to promote people's wellness. Through sound, yoga, breathwork, and frequency, I guide individuals to connect with their personal narratives contained within the sound of the water.

One to three day workshops
RADICAL SELF SUFFICANCY
In this workshop, we will explore the power of self-sufficiency, the ultimate resource, and how it can create an extraordinary life with secure, thriving, and lasting relationships with the land. Our focus will be on developing the mental and physical ability and the skills needed to provide for our own needs as much as possible.
Our bean tíne (host), Saraí Humble, is a Waterworker, Seanchaí (storyteller), survivalist, yoga teacher, and sound therapist. She will share her deep knowledge and practical experience of living a fully nomadic and radically self-sufficient lifestyle.
Saraí believes in the power of connection, fulfilled living through grá-ttitude (the attitude of love), meeting human and environmental needs, community, communication, and making a difference in the world.
Saraí's work is founded on the belief that the human imagination, coupled with the human spirit and the courage to use that intelligence, is the ultimate resource.
Throughout the workshop, we will explore how to be self-sufficient. This is a hands-on workshop in learning to empower one's self to survive outdoors. Self-sufficiency means different things to different people, and how the principles of Radical Self-sufficiency can be adapted to fit our individual needs. We will also discuss the importance of Irish unity and how we can all work together to create a better future for ourselves and our descendants.
As part of the workshop, Saraí will guide us through a fairytale journey that will deepen our understanding of the Irish landscape and how to connect with it. We will experience the stretch of the gypsy roads where time ceases to exist, catch our own dinner or forage for hedgerow tea, and feast upon the foods of the faerie cooked upon open fires in the most haunting of landscapes.
We will sleep under the brighter stars in tents, trek through the dappling trees, summit mountains and wild camp on open beaches and vast fields. Along the way, Saraí will share her knowledge of the mythology and legends that still walk the land, stirring stories of the landscape around.
Join us on this journey of self-discovery in reflection to the landscape, where we will learn the skills to create a simpler more fulfilling, playful, and self-sufficient life.
